Return and Refund Policy
To obtain a Return Authorization please email firstname.lastname@example.org, fax 877.797.4931, or call 1.800.745.7940. If you are supplied return labels by Ramayan Supply, Inc., please affix your UPS or other carrier return labels to the box and give it to your UPS or other carrier driver. If you are returning the item via a Ramayan Supply, Inc. driver, please have all items ready to be picked up.
Please note that all returns are subject to a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee and that freight charges may apply to return the item.

|Additional Return Policy Information|
|Custom Items||Customized orders including special order and custom made-to-order drop shipments are nonrefundable/not returnable.|
|Drop Ship Orders||Damaged or shorted drop shipments must be reported to Ramayan Supply, Inc. within three (3) business days. Custom made-to-order drop ships are nonrefundable/not returnable. Refused or canceled orders are subject to a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee and return freight charges.|
|Warranty Issues||Some items still under manufacturer warranty need to be handled directly with the manufacturer. Please call us for manufacture contact or warranty details|
|Outside of the Continental US||Items shipped outside the continental U.S. are nonrefundable/not returnable.|
|Hazmat Returns||Hazardous material items, such as laundry chemicals, etc., require special handling and are nonrefundable/not returnable due to federal safety restrictions.|
|Defective Items||If you receive a defective item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 1.800.745.7940. We will advise you as to how to proceed. Please note, some items carry a manufacturer’s warranty and require you to contact the manufacturer directly.|
|Damaged Items||If your package arrived damaged in transit, please note the damage next to your signature at the time of delivery. If your package had concealed damage, please email email@example.com or call us at 1.800.745.7940 within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt.|
|Shortage on Delivery||If your order was short an item at the time of delivery, please note the shortage next to your signature. You are responsible for verifying your shipment at time of delivery. If you fail to note any unconcealed shortages or unconcealed damages at the time of delivery, you waive any right to a refund and release the freight carrier and/or Ramayan Supply, Inc. of any and all liability. If you notice a shortage or damage upon opening your package or if your order was not filled correctly, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 1.800.745.7940 within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt.|
|Shipped By Freight||If want to make a return and your items were shipped via freight carrier, please email email@example.com or call 1.800.745.7940 within 24 hours of receipt.|
|Refund||Ramayan Supply, Inc reserve the right to make final determination on all return & refund please.
During this time no refunds on paper products such as Bath Tissue will be accepted.
